CIMA research nominated for sustainability accolade

Here's a bit of exciting news related to some of our recent work on sustainability.

 

In my post of 8 December, around the time of the Copenhagen climate change talks, I mentioned that CIMA had published a report called Accounting for Climate Change.  It looks at why management accountants should get involved in this area and is accompanied by a number of case studies. 

 

Well, we have just discovered that the report has been nominated for a Globe Award (leading international sustainability awards), under the sustainability research category. The winner will be announced on 7th April in Stockholm. We’ll keep you posted!
