I am looking forward to meeting lots of CIMA members in Sri Lanka on Thursday 3 December at the Technical Symposium which is taking place at the Cinnamon Lakeside Hotel in Colombo.

The overall theme of the symposium is Reshape your business against an era of increased intensity and frequency of crises, corporate failures, business malpractices, economic value deterioration and market flux and chaos...Phew!  Looks like we are going to have an interesting day.

I will be presenting on how boards can become more effective, but I can't wait to hear the other five speakers who have a diverse range of experience and knowledge. I'll let you know how it goes...!
