How are you feeling? Prepared and confident? Slightly nervous? Terrified?

At this late stage, you just need to take a deep breath and go for it. Here are a few posts you might find useful:

all the best!

I'll be sitting for E1 & P1 in next May exams and I find it very inspiring browsing through discussions here. Those discussions give me a rough idea of tackling CIMA subjects and help me to be mentally prepared.

I would appreciate if anyone here can share their experience during CIMA exams.

Wishing all students sitting for their November exams the best of luck!

Memo

Hi Rebecca,

I sat E1 yesterday.  I am quite eager to have a look at the memorandum, any idea when this would be online?

When do the marks come out?

Dates

Hi Mohammed

Do you mean the post exam guide or the exam paper?

The exam paper should be available in the next few days, but the post exam guide won't come out until early next year. I'm expecting results to be released on 12 January.

I hope your exam went well!

Rebecca

Dates

Hi Rebecca,

That info is perfect.

I am just eager to see the solution to the MCQ's, i am pretty confident for that.  The exam was not bad at all.

Fingers Crossed :)

Model answers

Hi Mohammed

I'm glad it went well for you. We should have the model answers in a few weeks.

Model Answers

Hi Rebecca,

Thanks for your feedback, really appreciate it.

Rebecca, when do the Nov11 post exam guides out?

PEGs

Hi RG

The post exam guides aren't written until the marking process is complete, so we probably won't have them available before results day. We usually get the answers before we get the PEGs.

A question to Rebecca

Dear Rebecca,

First of all, cordial thanks for your very practical and useful advices.

I would like to ask a question, whose answer I cannot fine anywhere on the CIMA website - when one gets the ACMA title and what are the preconditions, e.g. years of experience, levels of CIMA training passed etc. I would very much appreciate if you give us all more details about that. For example, who we are after Certificate level passed and Certificate assigned?

Thanks, Silvia

Designatory letters

Hi Silvia

You can find more information on designatory letters here:
http://www.cimaglobal.com/students/cima-designatory-letters/
After completing the Certificate, active students are entitled to the letters CIMA Cert BA, after operational level, CIMA Dip MA, and after management level, CIMA Adv Dip MA. Full details can be found at the link above.

With regard to experience - in order to be awarded the ACMA you must pass (or be exempt from) all 10 professional level exams, and complete T4 part A, which requires at least three years of relevant experience. More details are here.

Hope this helps!

Rebecca

Hi RG

I doubt we will see the answers this side of Christmas - sorry I can't be more specific.
