Sandra is R&D Manager at CIMA, commissioning research - often with partners - and developing CPD products based on the research. Her areas of interest include sustainability (the role of the management accountant in helping organisations mitigate and manage the impacts of climate change, and create sustainable businesses) and leadership, particularly the progress of women into leadership roles.
