Climate Week is happening this year between 21-27 March. It's an opportunity for UK companies (small and large) to share the positive steps they've taken to tackle and reduce climate change.

They run awards that celebrate the UK’s most innovative, effective, and ambitious organisations, communities and individuals and their outstanding efforts to combat climate change.

If you're proud of the actions your company has taken in this area, particularly if it illustrates the important role of the accountant in sustainability risk and performance management, you can enter here. Deadline for entries is 4 Feb. There are separate categories for SMEs and large business. The Climate Week Awards will be judged by a star panel of independent experts and presented to winners on 21 March 2011.
