You can edit your post if you make a mistake.
As regards teaching I would suggest a teacher training course if you are intending to teach in a school. Controlling the kids isn't easy.
I would think the salary is similar to accountancy but I would suggest searching job sites such as Fish4jobs or monster.co.uk.
If you are teaching part time courses the hourly rate is very good but will involve unsocial hours and an element of job insecurity. This could result in full time salary and part time hours.
I know people who have taught and not found it to their liking and have returned to accounting without to much of a problem but in todays market who knows?
Good luck.
Thank You for the comment , much appreciated.
What kind of teaching did you have in mind? CIMA specifically?
It is something I've vaguely considered, but I wouldn't want to do anything lower than further education: A-levels or NVQ3s (especially AAT) and the like.
Being a teacher (in the broadest sense of the word) is something I enjoy, but I know I wouldn't want to control a bunch of screaming kids as a junior or high school teacher. College or university lecturer would be a different situation altogether.
I know BPP always advertise for tutors if that's what you're after.
Hi Daniel
As Graham said above, the big tuition providers are always looking for staff. I found some info on BPP's site which you might find useful.
