Hey ive recently completed all the computer based exams and 3 of them which i did back in 2011 and the remaining two ive completed last month.

well i am trying to submit my fees for exams and unable to do so as the website says

i have been trying for several days now idont know what to do any advise? 

I wanted to know if the INSAF business school or a scam, for ripping  off students. Firstly, because their website dosint seem convincing enough. Secondly, they dont have any physical address. 

So does anybody know much about this instituition?

Does any 1 have any idea whether the dual programme (MBA + Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting from CIMA) is still continuing in India? I scanned over the CIMA website which spoke about  this but then it was mentioned that the last date for appication was on 16th August 2011. Hence following are my queries:

1. Is ther any1 in this forum who have done/doing this dual programme?

2. Is it still continued in India? if yes, please let me know the last date to apply? If no, then what is the reason?

ACCA has just terminated opportunity for CIMA members to join ACCA directly without examinations. I have not gathered reasons for that except that ACCA states that it had the direct arrangement to small accounting bodies, for which it is clear that ACCA considers CIMA as a smaller accounting body.  One magazine pqmagazine has a heading that says CIMA is not equal to ACCA.

I recently registered with CIMA and applied for Certificate paper exemptions, to my surprise I was awarded exemptions in all 5 papers. My exemptions were awarded due to my Business Management degree which I obtained in 2002.  Although it is a pleasant surprise, it has created a dilemma for me. Its been 10 years since I have studied Management Accounting (never worked in it). Although I believe I should be comfortable at these early stages, I don’t want to jump the gun or waste time (desperate for CIMA qualification to facilitate a career change)

Am looking to buy an existing and established business, such as a franchised sandwich bar.

Main question is what is to stop me buying an existing profit making business (Which pays corporate tax) and simply employing a family member (Who is unemployed hence pays no tax) to increase the costs hence reducing / stopping tax payments? Surely HMRC have a system whereby they pickup on this?
