Hi, having recently passed F1 i've found myself in a situation where i'm not sure my current job role will help me to progress any further with CIMA and so my question is where should I be looking in order to find a more CIMA encouraged job. My currently employer has shown some hope of short term secodments to areas of business where I could "tick off" requirements for my cima experience but i'm working within a role which i don't believe can help my learn/gain sufficient experience.
Currently i need to pass one more exam for operational level and one for managerial level. I've looked on CIMA jobs but most positions aren't, ironically, tailored for cima students.
Any help/ideas anyone?

It's hard to give any advice with the information you have given. What sort of role are you currently doing? What is your employer offering?
I think you need to think about where you want to end up and work to there.
I also don't agree with your comment on the CIMA jobs. I think you might be putting CIMA memebers in particular "box" with regards to roles. CIMA members perform lots of varied roles and there is no real "CIMA Encourages" role.
