Swine Flu

Hi Steve,

CIMA currently have no guidelines in place regarding swine flu.

In the first instance you will need to consult you doctor, if this is confirmed then you will need to consult CIMA if it prevents you from sitting your exams.

I do hope this helps

Kind Regards

Diet change & personal hygiene

Avoid having livestock that consumed on medicated feed. Have more seafood that's of natural source but not deep sea creatures since they were found to have high mercury content( i.e shark, shells and etc. ) Ensure personal hygiene like disposing garbage everyday and ensure no expired foodstuff in freezer. Visit only clean places with neat ppl. Have more green & vegetables. GO FOR ANNUAL BLOOD TEST.
