The usual symptoms are: •unusual tiredness, •headache, •runny nose, •sore throat, •shortness of breath or cough, •loss of appetite, •aching muscles, •diarrhoea or vomiting

Avoid having livestock that consumed on medicated feed. Have more seafood that's of natural source but not deep sea creatures since they were found to have high mercury content( i.e shark, shells and etc. ) Ensure personal hygiene like disposing garbage everyday and ensure no expired foodstuff in freezer. Visit only clean places with neat ppl. Have more green & vegetables. GO FOR ANNUAL BLOOD TEST.
