A couple of years ago cima had a study group plan.  We had to sign up, gave our e-mail address and the subjects we were writing the next session.  We then got a list of everyone in the same geograpical area who signed up.  This led to my mail box getting filled with spam.  Also I never contacted anyone on the list.  But perhaps through CIMAsphere such a system might work.
