I am unsure as to what fee you are referring to, you cannot register as an FCMA.

You can apply for FCMA status once you have completed all of your exams, and can credit your account with the fee, by logging into MYCIMA ; www.cimaglobal.com/mycima and selecting "My Financials" then "Settle My Account".

If you enter the amount you wish to pay in the box provided and select pay now, then the amount you have paid will be visible on your account in 24hours.
