E2

Hi,

I have sat this paper 3 times and got a marginal fail each time.  I really don't know what I am doing wrong.   I feel I need a fresh approach to tackling this paper.  I pretty much condensed my notes and did alot of practice questions. Does knowing all definitions get you extra marks and can it make a difference between passing and failing? Wordy papers are not my strong point. I am unsure how to approach this again?  Any ideas will be great :)

E2 first time

E2

Can you check your mark breakdown in your letter from CIMA against the exam paper and answers which will be in the past papers sections of the website and see if there are any trends as to which parts of the syllabus your not getting marks for or, check the verbs in the questions where you dropped some marks to see if you answered the questions how the examiner wanted. You may find that it's not your syllabus knowledge which is letting you down. Hope this is helpful Chris
