CIMA Official Material - Worth Buying?

Hi all,

Can anyone please advise if the CIMA official exam practice kit and CIMA revision cards are worthwhile purchasing for home study for use alongside the study text or is it just as good to download past papers and practicing those questions?

Hi Jim,

CIMA earlier published official text books in association with Elsevier. At that time there were many or frequent errors detected in CIMA official text books. Now CIMA has signed an agreement with Kaplan to write its official text books. Thus, from now on, most probably CIMA official text books may be worth buying. Hope this helps.

Hi Rob,

Thanks for the reply.  Think I will also purchase the exam practice kit based on this info since it will be handy for revising exam standard material, however I'm a little wary of the past cards as they seemed a bit pointless when I did the certificate level!
