I have flopped F1 in my May 2011 sitting. Got quite good marks in Section A and B and even question 3 in section C. But where I really, really, really messed up was with the CashFlow question.

So my plan is to do F1 September resist and F2 November sitting. I am seriously looking for study buddies for F1 especially but also for F2. It would be good to study with someone in the similar situation as me i.e. F1 and F2.

It would just be a case of getting together for F1 and knocking out question practice on Cashflow, Single Entity Accounts etc. section C type questions mainly.
