What is your time plan for T4?

Mine is, for 3 hours 20 minutes

1. Reading time 20" -concentrate, highlight sparingly, jot S,W,O,T where obvious.

2. List clearly Four Key Issues, One (or two) Minor Issue/s and Three Ethical Issues

3. Rank them with a number

4. List (in shorthand) up to five diversity examples for each issue including one for the introduction. 

=5" all together (the examiner has said rank does not matter as long as judgement is good)

5. Identify relevant calculations (no more than three) as asked for in question body. Insert into appendix stating assumptions. = 20" (then STOP!!!)

6. Do business model appendices, SWOT plus two others = 20"

7. Go back and relist the Four key issues, minor issue and three ethical issues in order where they can be SEEN and constantly referred to during the exam, based on your SWOT, calculations and 2-models  = 1" or 2"

7. Write up report cover page, contents - including list of priorities- Intro, ToS, and priorities (HEADERS ONLY) = 8"

8. Do Section 4, each issue followed by recommendation in Section 6 Total 30" issue one, 20" issue two; 20" issue three and 10" issue 4, plus short section 7 conclusion    Total = 80"

9. Do section 5 ethics 3 issues in ranked order 5" each. = Total = 15"

10. Do second part of requirement (email, slide, etc) = 15"

11. Final 15"  - finish off the introduction, ToS and Section 3 Prioritisation.  Do this last to prevent tiring out over long texts worth few marks.  The fast ticking clock will focus mind and encourage conciseness and brevity.

= 3hours 20 minutes!  (Well, that's the plan...)
