Posting from Android mobile

Hi,

I have a HTC Desire HD with Google Android and can access/sign into the Cimasphere website but it won't let me post. I can type in the posting subject but when I click in the posting text box it flashes green and then the keyboard doesn't appear. Can anyone help?

Dont know what the problem is - but I get the same if I try to post from my iPhone :(

Hi I have had the same problem with the original Desire, I think it also happens on some other sites aswell. Its probably not an issue with Cimasphere itself but the language the website is written in.

CIMA Response?

Has anyone from CIMA got a response to this?

Is it a known problem? Are CIMA in the process of finding a solution?

I can post on other websites ok, CimaSphere is the first one I've had this problem with.

Development for the Android platform

Hi DaVe.

Thanks a lot for posting about this. I have logged it with our external developers. The number of users accessing CIMAsphere on mobile devices is increasing, although we are currently focusing development resources where there is most demand.

To give you an idea of where things stand, here are the figures for what operating systems users have been accessing CIMAsphere on for the last month:

1. Windows 88.85%
2. Macintosh 3.82%
3. iPhone 3.64%
4. (not set) 1.03%
5. Android 1.03%
6. iPad 0.57%
7. BlackBerry 0.39%
8. Linux 0.29%
9. iPod 0.19%
10. SymbianOS 0.14%

I will get in touch with you directly to get more details on the errors you have been experiencing.
