Team BPGC WS, from BITS-Pilani, Goa Campus, comprises of 3 members from 4^th year – Rishikesh B G, Santosh P.C and Vidyashankar M.V. and one member from 2^nd year- Nishant Prasad. Rishikesh B G is studying a dual degree in B.E (Hons.) – Electronics and Electrical and Msc (Hons.) in Mathematics. Santosh is pursuing a B.E (Hons.) in Electrical and Electronics and Msc (Hons.)  in Economics. Vidyashankar is studying B.E (Hons.) in computer Science and Msc(Hons.) in Economics. Lastly, Nishant is pursuing a B.E (Hons) in Chemical.

Most definitely yes.  I was guilty of assuming that developed countries also had more developed attitudes towards furthering women’s careers, but recent reading has made me question this.

There is an agreement between CIMA and ICWA,India on exemptions.

The CIMA site DOES NOT GIVE any details on the exemptins available to CIMA members for exemptions from the ICWAI examinations.

Instead of giving the exemptions available for CIMA members the emails keep answering and telling the exemptions available for ICWAI members for CIMA.

Hope someone at Chapter Street reads emails and applies their mind prior to giving answers.

Our journey began…

“I have received an invite for an interesting competition from CIMA which I think we should go for”, said our mentor Mr. Raghu Anand as we walked into his office on a Monday morning. Looking at the invite a sense of excitement filled us as we looked at the countries participating and wondering the about the level of competition we would be pitted against. With the formation of our team after much deliberation my journey began with 3 days left for the 1st deadline

Eight country finalists in teams of four took the stage to stake their claim to being the inaugural champions  of the CIMA Global Business Challenge at the National University in Singapore on Friday August 21st. The teams were trying to impress the judging panel consisting of Simon Hurst FCMA - Executive Director, Goldman Sachs in China, Karina Davies - Director of Sales & Marketing, Swissotel Singapore, Vince Cook - CEO, Islamic Bank of Asia, Richard Soh - CEO, SMa School of Management in Singapore, Ray Perry - Director of Brand, CIMA and myself.

I have to sit for CPGA exam, pl. suggest from where i can get study materail in India.

Heyy Guys anyone has  given CPGA exam???

Can anybody tell me what are the career prospects for CIMA in india and companies who do recognies CIMA Qualifieds????????
