Best of breed isn’t an option. It’s an imperative – for you and for your organization.

As I have described in the first two articles in the Becoming Best of Breed series, you, first, have to focus on your skills (Insight, June 2010), so that you can create the environment you and your organization need to succeed.

Having failed to secure a number of roles however at the interview stage it appears that my technique is hindering me severely. The most constructive criticism that I have received is that I don't come across as very confident and self-assured in the interview. Although I think nerves may have a major part to play, does anyone know of any resources or reputable companies out there who can help me overcome this.
