I have been given the task at work to write up a paper to present to our investors/board on the reasons why we need a new financial system. I have the keywords and I have been told which system we are going to be getting (didn't get a say in that part). I am just struggling where to start really with it .......
How should I set it out? As a proper report? Paragraphs or bulleting the key features we are looking for? I guess even at this stage costs, timeframes will need to be included? etc.

I find that I am always rushed by the time I get to my recommendations in the exam.
The way we are advised to write our report is to discuss and analyse each of the 4-5 issues, then do a seperate section to make recommendations on each of the 4-5 issues.
Is there any reason why I can't discuss and analyse issue one, then make recommendations before I move on to issue 2? I think this could save time and allow me to put more focus into my recommendations which is an important area for gaining marks.
Could some one please explain whether its ok to discuss only 4 issues in the report under the new syllabus T4 paper because of the additional section the examiner has introduced which is worth 10 marks.
the old syllabus the report was marked out of 100. But in the new syllabus there is only 90 marks available for the report. is it possible to pass topcima with a report that discusses only 4 issues?
I am trying to write my practical experience - I have got a good deal of content down - however I am not sure how CIMA prefer it to be submitted - I know report format is required - however what is the driver for the headings.
Should it be the chronological experience per employer - e.g. explaining each role I have had - and then sub headings of each category required like Management Reporting for Decision Making or should it be in an alternative format?
